After speaking with Scarlett over the phone a few times, I pictured what she had in envisioned in her mind. She wanted something tropical with bright turquoise and coral, simple and not too busy, as well as sleek and sophisticated. So I got busy to work and designed something new for her. After sending her sample to her, she called and said, "It was like you knew exactly what I wanted and it's perfect!" Now that's what I call customer satisfaction. I love this
